Usually, you can't find any EN posts I posted (Yes, the shame made me delete them all). The best hotels in Tel Aviv post is actually for my close circle of friends and colleagues. My partner, Israela, just joined the Google+ new social network and she's about to create a new circle (the way Google calls groups), a circle of friends and people we met along the way. Many of these great stars, are constantly asking me for two major things: 1. Where can we find some WXXd to smoke in Israel? 2. The best hotels in Tel Aviv. Well, tu-shai!
Sorry, but the Internet is not big enough for me to write about Tel Aviv. Its a great shitty place if you ask me, a little Manhattan of the Jewish people. Yet I can map you the way for happy vacation and smooth staying, check out the best tip for Tel Aviv visitors:
1. Hilton is not one of the best hotels in Tel Aviv. Yes, it is prestige as in most of the world (and other Israeli cities) yet its an old fashion Hotel, located in the best place....for the 80'.
The center of Tel Aviv is from The Yarkon (st! not the river), to Ayalon (the highway above the Yarkon river), yes its big but hey, we've come bigger!
2. Check out Jaffo. Don't walk there alone in the morning, do it with friends at night.
3. Ramat Aviv (Afeka, Lamed, The north star, Babli) is not worth seeing. There's nothing there accept from very reach people with their small flats. No pubs, expensive shopping malls, rude and unpleasant.
4. If you've never been to a third country country, go to the New Grand Station in Tel Aviv. Don't go alone, don't take any money with you, its cool yet frightening.
5. Forget what manuals syas, Tel Aviv is Tel Aviv. Givataim, Risho Le Zion, Rannana, Herzelia, Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak etc are not Tel Aviv. They're better in their special way...
